In the past year we have lost Williams, Marvy, Derby (sticks & soaps, cream is still available)... and Arko is nearly out of stock at most vendors.  I like the clean soapy, citronella scent of all of them, particularly Derby and Arko sticks/soaps.  I have many Stirling products, but have not explored 100% of their scents.

Question:  Which Stirling scent is the closest to the Williams/Derby/Arko products, assuming there is one.

Thanks in advance, to whomever can answer this question.

I don't have an answer for you and I hope you get some responses here. I think your best bet would be to email Rod and ask him. You get the best answer and he's pretty responsive.

Although I wouldn't say it smells like Williams or Arko, Stirling Electric Sheep will probably be your best bet. It's a very strong citronella scent. If you love citronella, you'll love this one.

As Dave said, Rod really does respond personally to questions like this one. For what it's worth, I don't think there are any Stirling "regular soap" scents, but don't take my word for it Smile

I agree with FaceScraper regarding Electric Sheep. I really really like it. But be warned, it is a very strong scent. If what you are looking for is a mild scented soap like Arko/Derby, Electric Sheep is a powerhouse of scent strength.

Another thought, although not Stirling, if you like Arko soapy scent, you may really like Mitchell's Wool Fat. To me, if Arko is like WalMart/Target, MWF is like Belk/Macy's.

Great base it is! Scents are solid. Favorites for me are their rendition of Old Spice and Polo Green. Haverford is niiiice as well. Value is unparalleled. Good onya.

This stirling soap is amazing..I wet my brush and swirled for 3 seconds..3 passes and when I went to clean the brush in the sink full of water there must have been enough for 3 more passes.WOW.
