I just realize I never posted my thoughts after participating in the pass a round.

I Really enjoyed this razor. For a while now I've been using several straights almost exclusively as my daily driver. Since doing that every DE I own doesn't feel aggressive enough. When I tried this one out, it was exactly what I was wanting.

Thank you ezlovan for hanging in there despite all the issues you ran into getting this one to market. I'm sorry that this one is not going to be the fruitful endeavor you would have liked. Please know how much we all love your products, and hope nothing but the best for you and Mandy. Any conversation I have with someone about wet shaving your name is ALWAYS at the top of the list.

Ordered both heads with the Austin handle!

ezlovan I can't believe I reviewed your original $2000 prototype nearly 2 years ago back in June 2019. I have followed all the issues and difficulties as well as all the other reviewers on the pass around and I am glad my initial impressions were validated. I am happy for you that you will get some return on your investment even if it is not what you expected. The Sterling razor is a fine tool you should be proud of - it may even become a collectors item.

Can you please explain to us the terminology on the description "ASTM 7 and 8" as I am sure it would help us all understand the finishing work involved.

I'm sure they'll come up on BST in the coming months. I'm not sure if I'll keep mine or not. I prefer shorter handles, but I might want to keep the original handle for completeness.

About had a heart attack. I was trying to order both with the Dallas handle, and it then said out of stock as I momentarily got distracted to look to see which handle it was I liked when using it. It was actually the Fort Worth handle, but I thought I might like the Dallas a bit better. Thankfully I still got in with the Forth Worth handle. I can't complain at the price for both heads and the case! Added a soap to try and a collaspable bowl. Thanks again!

I bought the same exact head, handle and color razor case last night. It was not an easy decision because they are all great looking and functional.
