It's that time of year again, when Spring ushers in a new year.

In the spirit of new beginnings, I've had a massive purge and now possess two razors: the Brass Karve OC-C and the Blackland Blackbird. I appreciate keeping my shaving den ultra tidy, and because I am not a collector, everything that isn't in active use finds a new home.

How many of you do an annual purge of unneeded or unloved goods as well? Have you been successful, or do you find the task too daunting to contemplate?

Like you I like to keep the den tidy. I'm also short on space, so minimal makes sense. I don't do it annually, or on any schedule. I constantly reorganize and cull the unused / wanted as it comes to mind. Fwiw, I have 4 razors (5 with my backup). Not quite as minimal as yourself, but a lot less than a majority you'll meet here.

Every spring I buy a bunch of stuff pushing the old stuff to the back where I can't see it, so outta sight outta mind

Unlike either of you my stash is not getting smaller and frankly I just don’t care.  I get it.  Minimalist etc. I live with that lady.  But I’ve chosen to dive headlong into shaving as a hobby (weirdo).  My stuff is voluminous but organized and I keep it around because one never knows what he might need for a tribute to May 17th.

I got this for you Eric... I just checked my calendar. My mother-in-law has a doctor's appointment. That's clearly what Lipripper is talking about.
