Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.
Williams Mug Soap Challenge: Day 41
Fantastic shave this morning. Uber thick & slick lather built with the RazoRock "Hive 24" synth for two passes (plus touch-up) with the '49 Gillette Milord and I finished with a Quinn's Pink Grapefruit & Orange Rind witch hazel, followed by a splash of Royall "Bay Rhum 57" aftershave lotion and Ogallala "Special Reserve Double-Strength Bay Rum" Cologne. Still a lot of soap left on this puck, perhaps enough for another month's worth of shaves. Been on a bit of a bay rum kick of late, Nothing wrong with that as nothing else says "Old School" quite like it.

My Shave today consisted of...
Prep Hot shower.
Blackland Shaving Towel.
Brush Zenith Copper Boar.
Soap Wholly Kaw Project Leather.
Razors Henson A++Titanium Blackbird Lite.
Blade Feather.
Aftershave Wholly Kaw Project Leather Splash.
Today I swapped my Blackbird handle for the long version and the plate for the Lite.
The shave it delivered was smooth and drama free, it’s pretty close to the standard plate but only just misses that feeling on the skin afterwards.
This razor is amazing with either choice.
All in all a 9/10 shave.
