So this is what SE shaving is all about!
I used a MicroMatic Clog-pruf today for the first time, courtesy of my friend Justin Wastell. My first impression is very positive - easy and much more comfortable than the MMOC. I made three drama free passes for a satisfying dolphin smooth finish. Dr. Jon's 1803 yielded slick lather to my Bronze Shadow brush, and the 1803 aftershave is soothing and smells great.
Prep: Myrsol Emulsion
Soap: Dr. Jon's 1803
Brush: Brothers Bristles Bronze Shadow
Razor: Gem MicroMatic Clog-pruf
Blade: Gem PFTE
AS: Dr. Jon's 1803

I've been waiting. I do have a backup soap though. I was lucky enough to score a tub, but I never got my hands on the AS. Just a few short hours away preorders open.

Route 66 Bourbon Jungle today. 20 seconds to load the oscar11 HMW. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Wilkinson Sword “Light Brigade” still in the Gillette NEW SC. Excellent smooth, close shave. I finished with Oud Absolu EdT.
