...Hey, how's the bicep?

About 90% range of motion. About 60% strength. Lost lots of mass/strength. When ROM is optimal, will start strengthening. As a rule, it's not interfering much with activities of daily living. Thanks for asking.

Aftershave: Folsom & Co. Capri

Much better shave today with the Hempel Ti handle. I enjoy using this brush along with any Route 66 soap. The Folsom & Co. Capri is one of, if not my favorite aftershaves.
