Took this razor back to the stones, all the way down to reset the bevel, and try to get a better edge on her. Mission accomplished. The shave off this razor tonight was right up there with the best shaves I've ever had. It didn't hurt that the rest of the gear was also top shelf!

Today was the first day that I exited the shower and truly felt cold, so decided to try a warmish water shave. First time I touched to hot side of the faucet for a shave since March I think. Had excellent results. The whipped dog brush whipped the Stirling into a fluffy and slick lather. BBS achieved easily.
