Oleo Boar
After reading about a new (to me) strategy for breaking in boars, I soaked my Dad's c40 for a day, then dried it on a towel, then repeated twice more. It did soften the brush nicely, but it still has a way to go. The soap is excellent, slick and strongly scented. The brush felt soft but also more scritchy than my synthetics. The WSP balm is among the best I've used - its creamy, but not greasy, absorbs quick and packs a nice menthol punch. The scent is a nice compliment to Pelle Toscana as well.
Prep: Chatillon Lux butter
Soap: Oleo Soapworks Pelle Toscana
Brush: c40 boar
Razor: Rockwell 6s R6
Blade: voskhod ????
AS: WSP Tobacco Balm
