Razor: ATT R1 + Kronos handle
Blade: Gillette Rubie (3)
After: Floid Black AS, Trumpers - Sandalwood Skin Food

This is the only B&M soap I've got and it's also one of my best performing. The only issue I have with it is that it irritates my skin by turning it slightly red but no real discomfort. It must be one of the scent oils that disagrees with me. It calms down after 20 minutes and isn't enough to make me stop using it, because it's sooo good.  Funnily enough, afterwards the post-shave skin conditioning is excellent. I'm looking to get another B&M and hoping it's just this scent I have an issue with.

This razor and blade combination is one of favourites too; loud audio feedback and just great fun to use.

Ferox, Fougère Fatboy Friday 
Outstanding alliterative shave!  Ferox is one of my all time favorites and I can now see the bottom of the jar. I'll have to buy more next spring. The Lather Monster easily whipped up thick yogurt from the bloomed soap, and the Fatboy sang through three passes at 9/7/7. This seems to be the magic progression for me to get near BBS without drama. I finished with Fougère tonique, a scent that has grown on me considerably.

Tabac Friday

Prep: Hot shower

Soap: Tabac Stick
Bowl: Homemade brushwarmer
Brush: Mervyn 24mm silvertip
Razor: Schick Injector Dial Adj @6
Blade: Schick Injector (1)
After: Tabac AS, Tabac ASB

Face lathered today because I was using a soap stick so I thought I'd get my brush warmer used. I fill it with very hot water while I'm lathering my face then empty it and place my brush in it to keep warm while I shave. I also use it for soaking my brush before shaving.
First use of these Schick blades and on the first pass it didn't really feel much different to the Personna blades I bought from Connaught's but on the following two passes the blade seemed much smoother. I'll need a few more shaves with this blade but initial impressions are very good.
