SOTD 4-10 June 2017

The Vie Long Silvertip did a wonderful during loading and mixing/application of lather. The feeling during and post of Tundra Artica was slick, creamy and left my skin calm, shiny and soft.

Tried out a blade besides a Voskhod in the (LASSC) BBS-1 and I enjoyed the feeling and overall smoothness (combination of sharpness) with Gillette 7 O'Clock Yellow SharpEdge.

Manna di Sicila (the manna resin sap) leaves notes of citrus and floral while sealing up the fresh cut face.

Tabacstag Surprise
This was one of the best shaves I've ever had. I was hesitant to use a feather blade with my Rockwell and the R6 plate, even though it worked well with the REST earlier. I am astonished at how smooth and comfortably my stubble went to it's demise. I could barely feel any blade - the sound was the only indication of progress. I made three passes on my cheeks and two on my neck, there was no burn at all from the alcohol splash. Tabac never fails.
This is how shaving is meant to be.
