The Dark Lord of Wet Shaving
Date: 05 January 2019

Pre-shave:- Cold Water straight from the tap
Brush:- Omega 10104 Boar 26/55mm knot
Soap/Cream:- Stirling ~ Bergamot Lavender
Bowl/Scuttle:- Captain's Choice
Razor/Blade:- Gillette Ball End Tech K2 1965 / Vintage NOS Gillette Super Stainless (spoiler) #1
Post-shave:- Thayers Witch Hazel & Tea Tree Oil / WAHL Bay Rum Aftershave Splash
Fragrance:- Davidoff Cool Water Wave

The British none triangle Tech is slightly more aggressive than the US triangle Tech version which surprises me a lot. Some wet shavers say the British Gillette razors are slightly more aggressive than most US Gillette razors, I'm unable to confirm or find the correct information on the world wide web.

70's Sunday Shave

Wild West Brushworks "Odin"
Barrister and Mann Jacinthe Soap
1970 P4 Gillette Knack Razor
1972 S2 Gillette "The Spoiler" Blade
Barrister and Mann Jacinthe Aftershave
Nivea Cooling Post Shave Balm

Close comfortable shave today with the Gillette Knack. First time using a Spoiler blade and wasn't sure what to expect. Good performance, although I felt a bit of tugging along the neck hairs. Still irritation free though.

The B+M Jacinthe is a great product. The soap lathered quickly with the WWB Odin brush and provided a slick and cushioned shave. Great post shave feel! The Jacinthe AS did its job and the scent reminds me of a walk through a crisp, damp garden with evergreens off in the distance.

Many thanks to rlroadie2004 for generously providing me the B+M Jacinthe products and WWB brush in the Pandora's Box #2 PIF.

nomatter what when it comes to the shaving tools there, you had me smiling big time as me were rolling some traffic when me "strolled" this...bows...thanks for sharing a tune mate....worth much more than thought to be....shave of the life

Thank you! Music makes the shave much more enjoyable.

If not else it makes the sotds a bit more....hmmmm...understood.And if not else it brings a dimension to it that leaves the exploited knots and blades to maybe not be theeeee only thing. We all shave, thats a fact.We all can discuss the fluffiness of a badgers arse and the spine of a hammered steel to deadened days, thats a fact. The lil tunes makes it to not just be another ones cheek at the precise moment...thumbs up stranger and thanks again
