Today I shaved with a Barbasol Floating Head - at least I think it's a Floating Head. Razor is in excellent condition and it gave me a great shave so I'm happy.

My first shave with this razor and I was very pleased. Efficient and mildly aggressive with a little blade feel. I don't think the blade feel would have existed if I didn't have 3 days growth. Did a 2 pass shave; first pass WTG was DFS. Very easy to use and maneuver. Second pass XTG and the razor and blade worked well together - BBS after second pass. The La Savonniere du Moulin provided excellent lather.

Soap: BARRISTER & MANN First Snow

Excellent Shave with the RR .68, though the real stars of the Shave were the vintage Bleue Extra Blade, sharp as a Feather, zero irritation and the B&M First Snow!  If you don’t like the smell of Leather, you will HATE this soap! It smells like an old baseball mitt sitting in the trunk of your car on a hot summer day!
