It's easy for me to use too much of the cream; just a bit of it makes lots of excellent lather. It's complemented very nicely by the Habit Rouge.

B&M Seville soap, PAA Green Ray synthetic/tribble brush, C.V. Heljestrand LeDuc straight, Dapper Doc aftershave.

Two passes, decent shave, one ridiculous nick on the port side cheek, a very unusual place to maim oneself. Dang it, one lapse of concentration, coupled with arrogant speed, and bang! I'm an idiot. An otherwise nice shave.



The lather, the lather! Makes we want to lean over and bury my face in it, and motorboat.
