These two scents seem like they were made for each other

A nice shave with a third ATG pass on the cheeks for extra sexy smoothness (I have a date tonight). :-)

Disappointment!   Confused

• OneBlade
• Clipped GEM PTFE (1 & done)
• Plisson Faux Horn synth
• RazoRock SMdF - Firenze
• B&M Le Grand Chypre Tonique

So my first disappointment was last night when I ruined my previous blade with 18 great shaves on it and plenty more still remaining. I did a poor job clipping it and it wouldn't seat securely in the head. I got a new blade and did better clipping it. This one "clicked" and seemed to lock in.

Sadly, while shaving I noticed that the blade would move back away from the blade stops. We are talking a mm of movement or so but it made a huge difference. It wasn't dangerous (no nicks or weepers and no irritation) but it also wasn't efficient. This was the most stubble I've had left after a 3-pass shave in forever. So this blade is one and done.

I will try to clip another GEM PTFE blade and now will check more thoroughly that it doesn't move after "clicking" into place.

Tabacstag!
I shaved later than usual today because I want to look clean for parent teacher conferences tonight. I also set the Futur on six for the first pass to get a little closer, then stepped down to five for comfort. This worked very nicely, though I did get a little weeper at the bottom of my neck. I used this filter because Tabac is a gentleman's classic.
The Body Shop Tea Tree face wash is a winner for me... I am seeing less redness from my rosacea in addition to prepping my stubble for its demise.

Razor: Gillette Tech 1939-45
Blade: Dorco ST 301 Platinum SK (3)
Brush: WDC-8 TGN Finest
Soap: Route 66 Cavendish
A/S: Myrsol Agua de Limon
Bowl: Knockout Shave

Still very happen with this South Korean blade. Got a DFS today. The Route 66 Cavendish soap is lightly spiced cedar wood mingles with notes of bergamot, bay and fir; nicely balanced with the slightly sweet, warm aroma of Cavendish cut and cured tobacco leaf.
