Gillette Guard
RazoRock Santa Maria del Fiore - Firenze
Plisson Faux Horn synth
Barrister & MannCologne Russe Tonique
Layrite Cement Pomade
Tom Ford Grey Vetiver EdP

The single bladed Guard did better for me than the Feather MR3 Neo in regards to irritation, but it did give me weepers when the Feather did not. My lower neck and jawline were the victims of the Guard as its single blade chattered & flexed like a DE blade against my stubble.

After a single shave on each I think I prefer the Feather system. I can do more to prevent irritation than I can for a chattering blade. At least it's a short trip & I won't be away from my "proper" razors for long.

Superb Sandalwood Sunday
The fourth shave on this Rapira SS was as good as the first. Usually, I toss any blade after three shaves, but now I'm tempted to see how long this one can last. The Colonel made optimal lather from RP Sandalwood while I enjoyed the warm scent. Der Futur decimated my stubble in three drama free passes set on five. I finished with B&M Classic Splash from a sample and my face feels amazing. Soft, toned, and moisturized against the 28° unseasonably cold weather here.
Prep: Body Shop Tea Tree Face Wash
Soap: Reef Point Sandalwood
Brush: Simpson Colonel
Razor: Merkur Futur
Blade: Rapira SS (4)
AS: B&M Classic Splash
