Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Great shave with which to ring out the old year. Returned to @CBLSoap.com and Chris' excellent "Drinks & Daves" shave soap and tonic. Fantastic scent with notes of deep woody humidor and rich cigar notes, with the leather and whisky notes shining in the aftershave tonic. Phenomenally thick and slick lather built with the new (to me) vintage Ever-Ready 200 24mm 2-Band badger brush for two passes (plus touch-up) with the '67 Gillette Super Speed and I finished with a splash of Quinn's Pink Grapefruit & Orange Rind witch hazel, followed by the marching aftershave tonic and vintage Avon "Black Suede" EdC.
