Menthol Monday
I went into the cold this morning, starting with Cryogen pre shave gel. This stuff just keeps getting colder after each pass, even though I don't apply any more in between passes. Renegade Atelier makes a solid soap - excellent lather, subtle scent. There is plenty of residual slickness - I made some touch ups with no problem without adding lather. I finished up with GG Spice Grenade which also includes a nice menthol kick to go with the great scent.

Prep: Chiseled Face Cryogen
Soap: Renegade Atelier Frozen Pineapple
Brush: Brothers Bristles Bronze Shadow
Razor: Merkur Futur on six
Blade: voskhod
AS: Ginger's Garden Spice Grenade

Prep: Warm Shower-Stirling Bath Soap-Scots Pine Sheep
Soap: Proraso Sensitve Skin-White Tub (New name & label-3rd Jar)
Razor: Gillette Slim
Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (3)
Brush: Whipped Dog Silvertip-24mmx52mm
Aftershave: Country Club Frozen Vetiver

WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

Proraso White Tub today. This incarnation seems to have more menthol than the original White Tub. 20 seconds to load the WD Silvertip. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette Silver Blue in the Slim. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with CC Frozen Vetiver aftershave.

There's nothing like a GEM slicing through a few days of growth. It just laughs in the face of stubble.

SOTD: 11/28/2016 - "Oh, Monday..."

Pre: Hot shower
Soap: West Coast Shaving "Citrus Basil"
Brush: Bob Farvour Buffalo Horn 2-Band Badger
Razor: Supply Injector Single Edge
Post: Barbasol "Brisk" splash

Quick one-pass shave this morning as I woke up a bit late. A little irritation from the razor again. Not sure why. The blade hasn't changed since the last one. Lathering went better on the soap with a badger brush.

Be smooth and shave it up, everyone!
