The SV Felce is a really wonderful soap.  (A great deal from Ian, and the soap didn’t get lost in USPS limbo like quite a few things I’m still waiting on.  USPS has now taken on an “All You Need is $10 and a Dream” Lottery sort of character).  The Felce Aromatico has an excellent scent, and the soap just exudes care and quality with excellent cushion and slick, and wonderful post shave.  Once again, I let a thin layer of the SV dry completely on my face before applying the Venture and the C&F balm, with just a small dash of the Coquette for scent.  Lately, I’ve been using croaps and had lost sight of how nice it is to puck lather a classic hard soap.  The WR2 1.05 is a really nice gap.  A very close shave but mild enough to stretch it out to three full passes.  The WR1 solid handle provided a lot of weight compared to the much lighter razors I’ve used in recent days (Blackbird Ti and EJ DE89).  Mixing up different razors is an excellent way to keep my attention fresh and focused on the right now.  The result was just fantastic, all around.
