After the last week+ driving the OneBlade I was surprised at how aggressive the AlumiGoose felt. Definitely felt more blade on the skin, but still achieved a great shave. It's amazing how quickly you can get accustomed to things.

I remember going through a phase where I wanted the most aggressive razors I could find. Lately I'm really appreciating those mild razors that still get the job done efficiently.

Revolutionary
Today was my first shave with Barrister & Mann’s new glissant soap formula, and it was a revelation. The soap is somehow even slicker and more protecting than the usual B&M, making this the best performing soap I’ve ever used… yes, this has surpassed my beloved Tabac! This was an easy and drama free BBS in three passes with my Futur set on 5.5
My nose is a little stuffy, so the scent was not a major factor today, I’m sure I will be able to appreciate it more once I’m breathing easier. I finished with Lavanille tonique and I feel and smell amazing.
I hope they eventually convert all their soaps to this new formula, as it sets B&M above all others for me.
