Basically my entire shave den on 1/1/2016 (had some Proraso cream also). Using on 12/31/2016.
Goodfella OC razor, Derby blade, Triumph & Disaster shave cream, Edwin Jagger Best Badger brush)

Prep - Noxzema / Hot towel
Pre shave - Proraso
Razor – Hone 15
Blade – Astra S/P
Brush - New Forest Tubby 1 Finest
Soap – Local Gent – Fields & Streams (cream)
Post - Witch Hazel, Trevarno Revitalising Face Oil


I'm definitely not a 'Cream' man, as Tallow soaps are my thing... but I've gotta admit that the Fields & Streams (cream) was faultless in its performance. Sadly, I'm beginning to find the Hone, a little too mild for my whiskers. BBS is achievable, but it takes so much effort... Happy New Year to you all..

Once adjusted to the narrow cutting angle I coasted to a pretty flawless shave with Mr B and C, the head shave with the C was particularly impressive. It just made a big jump in the pecking order. Water: Cool
Alum Block: Yes, with no wincing.
