Terrific set up, I have a question if you don’t mind of course, how come your CG razor seems so shiny ?
Have you cleaned or polished at all ?

Thank you for the kind words! I had this head for over a year now and once every few months I use a brass and bronze aging solution to darken it. After I achieve the desired level of "darkness" I wash off the aging solution with dishwashing liquid and then use some polishing fabric to remove the excess of the oxide. This simple procedure results in a shiny and evenly "patina-ed" look. After each shave I wash the razor with warm water and liquid hand soap.

The handle has just arrived, but I am pretty much sure it would respond to the same treatment very similarly.
