Tobacco Thursday
This shave was irritating. Not due to the products I used, but because of my lapse in technique. I got a couple cuts - it's shaves like this that make me question if I should bother with straights. I can get excellent shaves consistently with my Futur. I'm almost 30 shaves into this straight journey and looking for a breakthrough moment.
The WSP soap yielded yogurty lather to the HIS, which I built on top of the PSO. The first pass went fine, but I slipped up twice on the second, and finished up with my Futur. The WSP Tobacco balm was welcome - a very little goes a long way - one whole pump is actually too much, half a pump is better. My skin is smooth and cool, but still a bit tender. Live and learn.

Nice setup Lance! I have not heard anyone say anything yet about the Fine Lavender. Any thoughts/impressions?
