Grand stuff Grandstaff, it's like summer shoving a bunch of gardenias in your face and shouting "Morning, Sunshine!".
A tiny blob of the soap snowballed into a bowl-full of rich lather. This Schick Platinum Plus blade is still performing great on its seventh shave; in fact I think it's improving with use.
I've only recently acquired the Thayers witch hazel and am liking it so far; certainly a relief from the straight witch hazel funk.
Overall, a great summer shave from every ingredient. If I had to say which part contributed the most I'd have to say the soap.

Outstanding Lavanille 
This was a drama free BBS. Lavanille provided ample protection to my skin while the Fatboy did its duty. I used Personna lab blue today, so I dialed down to 8-8-6 because these blades are sharper and not as smooth as Voskhods. Just a great feeling shave and very little sting from Cologne Russe to wrap it up. I love the scent of Lavanille, and Russe compliments it nicely.
