Stirling MITA today. 20 seconds to load the JB Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. I loaded a new Vintage Gillette Platinum Plus in the Gillette NEW SC. Excellent smooth, close shave. I finished with Stirling Executive Man w/Menthol aftershave.

With my recent success with my 830 I thought I would try to resurrect my 620. It held a lather for two passes but barely. We'll see. All in all though, it was a great shave. This B&M Reserve Cool smells amazing and so nourishing. My face is smooth and soft. I love it so much.

After seeing a bunch of "anything but the MMOC" references here in discussions about the new razors I figured it was time to go back to it. Great shave with a carbon Blue Star, my enthusiasm tempered only by the knowledge that these blades are one (beard and head shave) and done . I don't know why so many folks can't deal with the MMOC, nor do I get why if it was so out of the mainstream in terms of aggression why ASR would have kept it unchanged for so long..
