Still Learning
This shave felt a little harsh. One thing with the Vision is it can be hard to tell by the letters exactly how aggressive it is set to. It doesn't simply go from V to N, it can be "over clocked" to V after the N, if that makes any sense. Anyway, I'm going to back this dragon down for a while, since this was uncomfortable today. My face feels fine now, but the Rockwell has spoiled me to expect butter smooth shaves.

Prep: Warm Shower-Stirling Bath Soap-Baker Street
Soap: Coate’s Sandalwood Cream
Razor: Maggard V2 Open Comb
Blade: Gillette “7 O’Clock Blue” Super Platinum (Shave #4)
Brush: Maggard Marble Synthetic-24mmx56mm
Aftershave: Pino Silvestre Oud Absolute EdT

WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

Coate’s Sandalwood Cream today. 10 seconds to load the Maggard Synthetic brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette “7 O’Clock Blue” Super Platinum still in the Maggard V2 Open Comb. Excellent smooth, close shave. I finished with Pino Silvestre Oud Absolute EdT.

21 January 2018 Citrus Sunday shave

Regiment Shaving’s “High Speed” has a really nice lemon-lime scent. It’s slick and the post shave face feel is soft. Paired up with American Blend, it was a great start to my Sunday!

Decided to go with the Grand Bay rather than the Dominica,
which I am going to hoard until things get back to normal in the Caribbean.
