This has been my first proper shave in three and a half weeks.  I had a friend visiting from Scotland so used a Guard cartridge razor to help get me in and out of the bathroom as fast as possible.  Even with the Treet blade that was well past its Sell By Date, this shave was a little slice of heaven.  Barrister_N_MannI cannot thank you enough for your incredible shaving soaps.  What a treat after 3½ weeks of blah shaves.

I must give a big shout out to Chris (BadDad).  In a PM to him, I mentioned how I was thinking of trying mustache wax to train my soup strainer.  Without batting an eye, he offered to send me a tin of a brand he was hardly using.  Today was the first day I had a chance to use it and it was a blast.  I used a very little amount, too little really, but I got the biggest kick out of being able to slightly part my mustache.  The result was subtle but I liked the look.  I shall have to keep practicing with the wax but now Freddy has a new grooming toy.  Many thanks, Chris, for your generosity and your help.
