After a gorgeous sunny day in these here British Isles and getting a good bit of work done in the garden I rewarded myself with some old school Barrister & Mann Ferox and Floïd Blue, mentholtastic[Image: 430389a48fd5771c54e61a7d0bd3e809.jpg]

Gillette Mach 3
Tabac
Plisson L'Occitane
Tüff+Eufros balm

Thanks to the Fusion and its exorbitantly expensive cartridges I switched to DE shaving. Then I needed to learn how to properly shave with those DE razors and enjoyed it. I thought I was never gonna look back, but a plane trip with just hand luggage and nothing else made me use my multiblades again and... surprise, they were not to blame. They were not that bad. In fact, they are good. Use them properly, and they'll give you great, quick, effortless and efficient shaves. The downside is, those shaves are also a bit boring but, in early mornings when minutes count and you still need a shave, two passes with this Mach 3 are sufficient to leave you in perfect state for the outside world, and you'll be on the safe side if you're in a hurry. It's difficult, rather difficult to get cut or nicked with this razor.
They have their place now, and I have to say, welcome back. But tomorrow I'll enjoy a more calm shave with a DE razor. They just feel more... authentic.
