Frosty First Day Of Fall
The forecast is for 86° today - Summer's last gasp. That motivated me to reach for Krampert's Frostbite. I need to use this more often - the lather is top notch and the cold is very refreshing. The aftershave is one of my all-time favorites - fresh cool piney forest scent from frankincense, and great skin care, not to mention the cold.

First run with Formula Duro. The very pleasing fresh, clean scent reminds me of a bar soap that used to be quite popular in northern Europe many years ago. Latherability was immense. I have a standard time for lathering soaps, and I stuck to it with the XXX, as well, even though the brush felt quite saturated much earlier. This resulted in about double the amount of lather compared to what I’m used to! The lather was quite slick, too. So all in all, a very enjoyable shave.
