Hey friends,

A couple days ago I had a head shave and face shave. I pretty much used the same setup but the head shave I used a Gillette Guard. For the face shave I used an R41 (2013) and BBS-1 with vintage Wilkinson Sword. Both shaves felt great and I have been enjoying Stella Alpina thoroughly.

An absolutely fantastic shave today!

First, another new item in the hot shower: Dr. Teal’s “Activated Charcoal” body soap, in an ocean kinda scent.

Nice rubdown with Amlactin moisturizer, blue cap version. Whadda result on warm, moist, and clean skin!

Proraso white under today’s shave soap bloom water...after a nice, spongy face wash. Let it all sit a bit to soften da whiskas...

Whipped up some Tabac, and gingerly brushed it on. Very gingerly.

Love Tabac! Often reminds me of fresh starch on a shirt from a hot iron...

Cleaned and loaded my ATT Windsor with a Gillette Yellow, using an “R” plate. I continue to marvel at the quality and smoothness of this razor. The Windsor polish job is tops too!

Tree passes, and no weepahs!

Finished in the usual way, except this time, splashed on a generous volume of Pitralon Blue (completely forgot about using my Tabac AS). Pitralon ain’t for everybody, and I’m not a frequent user of it myself, but, it seemed to work pretty well.

Hollywood face feel (now, whess my Oscah)!
