kwsher, most welcome! I really like the AlumiGoose 2, as well. Yes, it is very light, but once you find the right approach, it really does its job well! Your gray one definitely photographs better than my black one.
Whenever I go to shave, I assume there’s someone else on the planet shaving, so I say “I’m gonna go shave, too.”

Matsilainen This is a very strongly scented leather soap. If you like a strong leather scent, you will probably enjoy this scent. It will fill your bathroom with its scent. The performance of this soap is very good.

vmyrabo, thanks for your reply! Vanderpool is sounding even better than I imagined, since I like strong scents and the idea of a leather-scented soap. Also, I heard that Chris at Ballenclaugh had tweaked the earlier formula, and even though there are very few reviews, this newest version sounds promising, indeed. Thanks again for the response! This is now definitely something I want to try.
