[font=Comic Sans MS]OneBlade with Monster Grips (huh?)
........PREP: Hot water, Glycerin rub
........BOWL: JaysClay Large Blue Grip
........BRUSH: Simpson Duke 3 Best
........SOAP: Lisa's Somali Rose
........RAZOR1: OneBlade Genesis, Feather FHS-10 (1)
........RAZOR2: Backup (not used): Blackland Sabre with Timeless H7 handle
........POST: warm water, Lucky Tiger AS, Penhaligon's Juniper Sling EDT
Since I got it five months ago, the Blackland Sabre has been my safety razor of choice, followed by the OneBlade Genesis as a clear, if distant second. But I stopped using the Genesis about the time I started using some ultra-slick soaps because the Genesis was hard for me to grip. The slick soaps led me to grip the razor harder, and the tighter grip led to my fingers cramping up during the shave. Today I tried an experiment by adding Lizard Grips (now known as Monster Grips) to the front and back of the handle. Guitarists use these to deal with slippery picks. They are 0.3mm thick, and they worked well and unobtrusively. Hopefully, they will adhere well over time.
