well, that was a mixed shave... the lather was exemplary, as usual... but I really didn't like the Permasharp/Weber combo, as everything was fine until I went ATG, and then it became unbearable. a shame, that.

1st outing with the LaToja and it was nice. Lathered easily with the monster sized Maison Lambert brush and worked well with plenty of protection. The Maison Lambert brush is huge but oh so soft and nice on the face. A really fine shave was had and my face is happy. Now go enjoy your day folks.

An amazing shave today after I found yesterday that for my skin and technique, the Yates 921+Gillette Platinum feels like the most perfect combo - super smooth, super efficient - Just amazing. Razor Emporium preshave is awesome - put away the Cube 2.0 in favor of the RE Preshave - the scent and performance are both top notch! And of course, I keep singing the praise, but the Yates 921 really is the most efficient razor out there IMHO and now that I've learned about the Gillette Platinum, its even better. Mind is blown.
