Tatara Amakuni
Schick Proline
Omega 011911
CaYuen Bowl
Aion Coconut Fig
Zingari Sego Balm
The feel of this razor is very good, more efficient than I expected, being a Tatara, smooth, feels very good in the hand. The blade is very easy to attach with the magnet system and also makes it very easy to disassemble and clean.

I have been looking at that razor. I have never used one that takes Artist Club style blades. It is not like I need another razor, or another blade system. Everything I have now works fine . I already have two (thee if you count my travel bag) SE razors. but, well you know......

Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.
Today's shave superseded yesterday's as best of the week (thus far). Returned to Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements and their seasonal release, "The Shaving" soap and splash. Another homage (like Tuesday's shave) to King's novel, The Shining (this one also references Kubrick's film). Excellent scent (sort of bay rum meets Christmas cookie) and phenomenal lather built with the Simpson "Chubby" 2 Super Badger brush for two passes (plus touch-up) with the '61 Gillette Fatboy and I finished with a splash of Quinn's Pink Grapefruit & Orange Rind witch hazel, followed by the matching aftershave splash and Burberry "London for Men" EdT.
Hope you have a great day.
