I know more about it's sale history than about the maker itself, lol. All it has is a Pat # on it but even then I've been unable to find it in the patents. It's an SE that took a proprietary blade but a desplined GEM works great! I still have the original box and sales receipt showing it was sold to it's original owner in 1921 from a hardware store in Wisconsin called Roepke & Beversdorf for $1. When I get home from work I'll send you some better pics of it.
