This soap arrived yesterday direct from London. It has a pleasant, creamy scent with some nutmeg and cinnamon, it is lightly scented as well which is just fine. Loading the brush was super easy and straightforward; this soap produced a wonderful, thick, creamy lather that was extremely slick. This soap appreciates water so don't be shy...I skimped a bit yesterday and will remember to use more next time. Extremely slick and protective lather with a fantastic postshave. I am very impressed with this soap and wish Edward @oatcakes all the best! :okay:

My summer goal of finishing of this tub of Tallow and Steel IPA is almost there!
The Canadian Tech has turned into my top shaver, the first razor to not turn my neck red. PermaSharps seem to be the blade to use.
Topped off the shave with a liberal dose of Myrsol Don Carlos 1972 for a touch of class!

Soap: Coate’s Lavender Cream
Razor: Gillette Red Tip Super Speed
Blade: Schick Plus Platinum (9)
Brush: Maggard Synthetic-24mmx56mm
Aftershave: Pino Silvestre Underwood

WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

Coate’s Lavender Cream today. 20 seconds to load the Maggard Synthetic brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Schick Plus Platinum still in the Gillette Red Tip Super Speed. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Pino Silvestre Underwood aftershave.
