Thanks 120inna55! I would agree with your assessment. I haven't tried loading right from the jar. I thought that since it's so soft, I just scoop some out with a spoon into my bowl and load it that way.

I think a lot of people just scoop some out and treat it like a cream. It boils down to whatever works for you.

I think I'm going to try the method you described next time I use it though, it's less work! I don't usually use the bowl method anyway unless it's a sample.
