I treated myself to a brand-new bar of Caprina. This is the version with Shea Butter, and the bar is 141 g instead of 90 g, so it feels huge.
The older bar will be made into a shaving soap experiment, and is living in an empty Wilkinson Sword blue tub. It very conveniently has ribs around the bottom.

Tonight was another gore-free BBS. Can't ask for anything more.

Something I just noticed about the I.B. Amici splash is that it leaves a very thin film of something, similar to the shea butter in the Proraso Red splash. Now I've got two bottles of Amici in my Italian Barber Cart. It's a good thing SWMBO approves of it.
