SOTD 10-16 November 2019

Gillette Platinum on (2) is the smoothest and sharpest it gets, B&M is a beautiful scent, and using this WSP for months on end really let me get it dialed. It’s an awesome base. Grizzly Bay kills it every time.

I'm having a hard time deciding which I like better, the TDR knot in this one or the SHD knot in the green one......this one has more backbone and it's scrubbier because of it, but it's kind of a lather hog. The SHD is floppier but has better lather flow. It's kind of a toss-up, but I think this one wins just because it's blue lol

BB perfect as always....I have a couple other razors but don't even bother anymore, it's a waste of time.

10/10, doesn’t get better.

Excellent 2 pass shave today. This razor might give me the best first pass of any of the DE razors I own when I've got 3 days or less growth. I'm not sure I'm a fan of the A/S scent - should probably leave this as a spring/summer only A/S. The alum was slightly vocal again on my neck area.

Broke out the Rex Ambassador for this afternoon’s two pass face shave. Effortless DFS, as usual with this razor. I feel clean, smooth and refreshed.

A classic shave with a very modern twist.
I’ve found that my new aristocrat is super smooth and very efficient. A shave to frame. My thoughts after the shave were that, this 70 year old razor gives ALL my modern razor a good run for their money.
