Wow. The copper razor may have been slightly smoother than the 17-4 version, even with a brand new blade. Of course the great shaving soap helped.

Something unexpected happened tonight. I started by using the Slim set to a fairly aggressive 7 of 9 ...

... no, not that 7 of 9. Stay focused.
Either it wasn't cutting as well as expected, or I was getting "Ghost Stubble".
Instead of cranking it up higher, I dropped it way back to a much milder 3. 
By golly, it worked. 
Not much ghost stubble left, and a comfortable BBS result. How counter-intuitive is that?
