This re knotted Chubby is indistinguishable from the original, I'm very pleased I've been able to revive a classic.

Friday's Planned SOTD

Razor: Gillette Rhodium Fatboy (S5)
Blade: Israeli Red (D6)
Brush: Shavemac H4414024 Horn 24mm Silvertip
Bowl: Yuzu Tenmoku 4-3/4"
Pre Shave Scrub: MRGLO
Pre Shave Oil: Homemade Lavender\Sandalwood
Shave Soap: The Shaving Shop Time Traveler
Post: Monster Alum Block
Aftershave: Beaver WoodWright Jolly Rodger

Another new shave soap today from The Shaving Soap and once again I really like the aroma from this one. Courtesy of Amanda of Tiki Bar Soaps comes 'The Time Traveler". I'm a big fan of Amanda's soaps and heard good things about this one so had to find out for myself what all the "buzz" was about. Instead of water she used IPA beer, hops, HEMP along with some nutmeg, dark chocolate, amber, patchouli, and vanilla. Another scent that is hard to describe from the jar but again looking forward to whipping up some lather with this. All of Amanda's soaps are super easy for me to lather up and that was before she used beer instead of water. Couldn't decide if I wanted to finish off the "buzz" with a bourbon bay rum aftershave (Small Batch Tonic) or Rum based aftershave but opted with the Jolly Rodger Rum based since I used Small Batch Tonic just two days ago. Just for the record, I like a drink now and then and did my share of partying in my youth but never touched cannabis (or other elicit drugs) for that matter but the description of this soap did intrigue me.
