Shower: Dove Men+Care bar soap
PreShave: NONE!  (mistake, see below)
Razor: Yates 921 EH plate
Blade: PermaSharp
Soap: Chiseled Face Gemütlichkeit
Brush: PAA Atomic Rocket
Bowl: Timeless
PostShave: CWR, Alum, Thayers
Balm: Neutrogena Hydro Boost
AfterShave: Chiseled Face Gemütlichkeit

Today was an experiment - my PAA Cube 2.0 is nearing the end of its life and I thought "What would a shave be like without the Cube?". Well, that was an experiment I don't intend to do again. BIG difference. Significantly more irritation today than "normal" and this is my setup that I think works the best for my skin. Lots more buffing required to get the same BBS as before as well. So, long story short, I don't plan to shave without the Cube! There ya go PAA, free advertising.

Otherwise, Chiseled Face Gemütlichkeit is very much like Hoffman's Affogato in terms of scent - a warm, chocolatey latte feeling - very nice and lingering. In terms of lather and soap quality, I'm not sure I was happy with the CF soap - but it could just be the lack of Cube preshave, it didn't seem as protective today as I feel a soap usually is.

Tomorrow is my 2 year wedding anniversary - and then we're at the weekend again soon! Woohoo!
