They are both strikingly beautiful photographs, Brian. Thanks for posting them. Smile

Thanks Freddy.

I put this together for a  photo assignment for the local camera club a few years ago. The subject is seen at the beginning of the video and was subject to interpretation.

I hope this works... Yup, it works.

Switch to full screen for best viewing. Look for the switch in the lower right corner of the video.

I agree with Brian. It says so much. Also, I do not believe it would have been nearly as effective in color. A great shot. Smile

Dittos. In color it would have only been a snapshot. It absolutely required B&W as a finished photo.

Did you take it in B&W or make the choice of a B&W photo later? Just curious. Not many folks shoot in B&W today. I know I don't. But I can swap it to B&W in the computer.

Pretty sure it was shot in color then post processed to B&W in Adobe Lightroom.

This is a photo I took this past September in Falkirk, Scotland.  I was fascinated with the reflection on the water.

I love these types of images, I am lucky enough to have a great job as a photographer , but I also find myself pulling out the IPhone often. I relax on the weekends by photographing cool people and places.
