I have always believed if there is a demand for a product seller can ask whatever price he wants for it, but if you open ebay and do a fatboy search you will realize that you will have hard time selling the razor at that price.

I maybe wrong, willing for PM offers. This condition in 1959 E codes seem to be selling between $100-175. Later years are under that price point.

I don't know where you're looking but I shop razors every single day on eBay and there are no fat boys out there for that kind of money... earlier years or later years doesn't matter it was only made for four years the first two years are just easier to work on because they have a screw end and not a rivited end. As a matter of fact for a friend I just bought one for 75 in mint condition with a mint condition box. But good luck
