This is a Feather AS-D2 double edge razor, treated by Jay at Delta Echo with matte black Gun-Kote.  Not only does it look beautiful, but I think the coating has made it shave even smoother, much like a DLC.  It has minimal signs of use on its screw and where the bottom plate touches the handle.  Retail this would cost you $230, but it's yours here for $175 -- $165 -- $160 shipped CONUS.
