I typically use travel as a chance to use up samples since I have so many.

For myself, it is always something my wife made for me, currently Lavender & Dark Amber. If I am going on extended stay, I just pack some in a stick soap push up tube that can be purchased from several of the vendors.

I prefer to take either CO Bigelow or Proraso Red Cream. I mainly take one of them because I just find it easier to face lather with a cream. I haven't had any issues with TSA but glad you guys brought that up. I'll be sure not to put those in my carry-on

I don't travel overnight very often, but when I do I take a plastic tub of Boellis Panama 1924, because I really like it and it's lightweight and also because the matching almond Love My Skin aftershave is also in a plastic container.

I guess it would depend on whether or not I'm checking in a bag or just bringing a carry on. when I fly, I usually am going away for at least 5 days and almost always check a bag at that point. my last trip, I brought 1 soap and it was my tub of B&M bay rum.

that said, I've been considering buying 1 of those shave stick containers that I think west coast shaving or mystic water sell and grating a puck of haslinger into it.

A stick of mystic waters or a tube of Coates cream when traveling. This last one found me packing a stick of VanDerHagen I found in the bottom of a drawer. Worked great with my Gem Micromatic. Forgot how good that soap is especially given the price.
