It's a hustle to keep prices up, period. You'll find threads about Polsilver being discontinued going back to 2012. No joke.

Actually as far back as 2010 from what I have searched/read.

Completely irrelevant side note: It’s nice to see the correct spelling of Procter & Gamble. (Which, of course, is to be expected from a company representative.)

Up to seven years of discontinuation rumors, huh? Maybe the rundown at the plant just takes a really long time… Confused2

Ha! They influenced me to buy lifetime supply. Upside is even considering time value of money, made out

I have 200-300 of them, but just accepted the fact that I would move to GSBs or platinums if they really were gone.

Some people get a little too emotional about purported discontinuations. I remember the "New" Coca-Cola debacle in the 80's and newsreels of panic stricken consumers who filled up their basements with old stock!! Rolleyes

I can think of at least five, if not more, DE blades that I could use forever in case any one is discontinued.

Secretary Ramsey put his foot into it yesterday . . . in the course of his remarks he said that California “needs water and better society.”  “So does h-ll,” yelled someone in the crowd.

That is funny and "Oh so true"
It seems if something is discontinued - there is a mad rush and hording - remember when Twinkies were "discontinued" for a short time...
