They arrived yesterday, I've got a nice 3 day growth to shave off tonight and looking forward to trying them out. As soon as I opened the box I could smell the product, nice and strong scent and a very nice Sandalwood. I'll post back tomorrow after I use them with a more detailed impression.

Sorry for the lack of posts but I hurt my back installing some flooring and just haven't gotten around to leaving a review. I have used the soap and balm twice(tomorrow will be the third) and then will send it on sometime early next week. I will post a more in depth review later this week with a few pics but so far I'm liking both products especially the Balm.

The back is much better and yes the floor is finished, thanks for asking! I think I'm getting too old for projects like that one lol!

I did promise a little feed back on the soap and balm so here goes. I found both products to perform very well. The soap has a very pleasant medium/strong Sandalwood scent. As for the soaps performance I found it to produce a very nice lather. Slickness was fine but there are slicker soaps out there if that is your thing. The bottom line is that I got three very nice shaves from the soap. Post shave was comparable to many of the more popular soaps out there.

I also quite liked the balm. I did find the scent to be slightly different than the soap. The same Sandalwood scent is there but there is another scent present that I just couldn't put my finger on. The performance was great for me, I found it to leave my face feeling very smooth and nourished.

CaptainJonny has the set now so hopefully we will hear his feedback as well.
