I did another Overlander to CR7 comparison shave this morning. This time I used the stainless steel OL. After this shave comparison, I believe the OL is still my top razor. The CR7 comes close, but that little extra blade feel of the CR7 drops it down the list. Still a great razor, and I have no regrets buying it.

I had my next appointment this morning with the sleep disorders clinic and tonight I get to do the sleep study. Quite the getup but didn't seem too uncomfortable when I was walked through the setup. Chest harness, nasal canula, and an oximeter for my ring finger. And 5' of tubing coiled up to keep things in place! Then I have to get it back to the hospital by 10AM so they can read the data. And in 2 weeks, I have a zoom meeting to go over the results and recommendations. Wish me luck tonight!

After a poor night's rest/sleep, I think the sleep disorder clinic should have plenty of data. While I felt like I tossed and turned all night, my wife says I did sleep and I snored A LOT! It was not totally uncomfortable, but just enough to make me feel I had to stay still, to be able to hold that perfect position where the canula wasn't pushing into my nose and the tape wasn't pulling on my face. I was instructed to put two pieces of cloth tape on either side of my nose to hold the canula in place. The oximeter on my finger didn't seem too bad, but the tape holding it and the tubing in place was noticeable after a few hours.

Being a couch potato and napping is on the docket now. It is about 10F and snowing. Crazy. Forecast is for icy mix or freezing rain later. So, I guess the good news is warming temperatures?!

I wait 2 weeks now for the results and recommendations. After last night, even if the clinic says my nasal spray and allergy med don't help apnea, I sure noted their absence. And I am still hoping for better sleep soon!

Thank you all for your well wishes!

I had a feeling it was going to be a difficult sleep. My wife had similar problems when she went for the sleep study.

Hopefully they get some good answers from the night. Rest up and stay warm!

Edit: Did you resemble this poster- child for a grumpy, sleepless night? Lol. (That's really my cat)[Image: f82851817f5170c5373d2f912229b13f.jpg]
