I actually debated putting up the picture, concerned that it may be like if someone posted some creepy crawly and how I'd respond. But then I remembered you are a real-life action hero and no damn goat is gonna put you off your game!

He's safe, the goats eyes were closed. The eyes are his kryptonite

I am blessed to have met some great guys on DFS, and Mike HighSpeed is one of the best! Mike gave me this Semogue 1305 earlier this fall. Another nicely broken in boar!
And the remnant worked out, too!

Dave had wondered somewhere on the forum about whether mixed badger/boar brushes are allowed during DecemBoar. Yes, they are! In fact, any brush is allowed, as there are no rules per se. What I mean is that you are not limited to only using boar brushes all month but are encouraged to use them instead. Next week I'll be using a synthetic brush as a new one is on its way to me and I won't be able to make myself wait until January to use it! I guess if there was a rule, it would be only post about boars in the DecemBoar thread!
Today's lineup sort of inadvertently became heavily influenced by Dave. We did some complicated 3-way trade or some such thing which resulted in the black Enders Speed Shaver shown. And he most likely was the guy that told me about Ian Ligocki's adapters that at that time were available from Hendrix Classics & Co. If that's not enough, Dave kindly cleaned out the socket on the Stirling brush handle used today. Thanks Dave! That brush and the Enders have become favorites in my gear. Also, FreddieP did the lettering on the Enders for me, making it look minty new!
A quick side note regarding the Stirling handle. It originally had a boar knot in it. And Rod ezlovan, being the good person he is, was not happy with the knots in that batch of brushes. He put them in the close-out, bargain basement section of his site and we were duly warned that he believed the knot to be subpar. It was priced at like $5 or something. Dave and I each bought one to see, with the plan that if they truly were atrocious, we'd have some classic Stirling brush handles to work with.
The knots were as bad as Rod said. They were like mini shop brushes, like what you'd use to keep your counter in your country store clean!! I was able to remove most of the knot, but met defeat at the remnants. Dave, being very hands on and mechanically inclined, was able to clean out the socket and we both could put whatever knot we wanted into the handle.
And the soap. My thanks to David Good Shave for alerting me to the fact that Rich at CaYuen Workshop also makes soap. David tried a sample and liked it enough to let me know I may want to try it out. Once I saw the price, $11, I just added it to my brush order. Rich shipped the soap ahead of the brush and it is a winner, nice and creamy. A 30 second load provided enough for 3 full passes. This is what I had AFTER I shaved:
Even though Thanksgiving here was last week, my thanks to all the above as well as all of you reading. I am very thankful for this community.

Eric,
You are quite welcome!
I am finding that the CaYuen Workshop 'Au Naturale' is becoming my favorite scentless soap.

Enjoyed the razor and soap so much I kept them for today as well. Changed the brush to the new to me Semogue Torga C5 boar and this is fast becoming a favorite brush.

This Au Naturale is fast becoming a favorite soap, making creamy and slick lather. The SOC boar knots are probably my favorite knot. I am happy to own 2 SOC boars, the Taj shown and the cherry wood that kicked it all off.
The star of the show, with such a wonderful supporting cast, was the Schick Type I Hydro-magic with a Japanese Schick blade. I often get great shaves from the Schick injectors, but the top spot for me is the Type I. Such a humble razor, yet if it wasn't for enjoying variety, this could easily be the only razor I need for close, comfortable shaves.
In other news, I just put a listing up in eBay. I am hoping to thin out some gear and raise some funds for future purchases. I used to be a chemistry teacher, and when I joined eBay in the late '90s, that was reflected in my username: chemguy1. The "1" because "chemguy" was taken and when you are seated in front of the terminal on dial up, every second counted and adding a "1" was the first variant I tried. 25 years or so later, I still freeze if I am prompted to change my password "on the spot!"
