He's right ya know ^^^^^^^
The recipe is nothing special. We are a family of delicate gastric sensibilities!! (Seriously, my wife has many GI challenges, and I am a weakling when it comes to spicy foods!)
1 grocery store rotisserie chicken
La Banderita soft tortilla shells
Sour cream
Mexican cheese
Cooked rice
Refried beans
Mild salsa, treated with a solution of sodium bicarbonate to further reduce the acidity
And seasonings, which for us are cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and turmeric powder.
Simple and tasty. And no uncontrollable bowel movements or flaming flatulence afterwards!!

Ah yes, rotisserie chicken- the Swiss Army knife/leatherman tool of the kitchen. That looks delicious to me.

Eric, I saw on another thread you mentioned that you’d bought some brushes used via Murphy & McNeil so I went and checked them out for buying/selling used stuff. It looks interesting. Have you ever sold stuff through them? How has your experience been? I’m asking because I’ve got all sorts of stuff that I don’t use and probably never will again and it hurts to see it sitting there neglected. Hardware as well as software. I don’t have any interest in using PayPal so it makes the BST thing a bit of a challenge, not to mention that the whole process can be a hassle especially regarding higher ticket hardware items. For that reason I’ve pretty much done nothing with the surplus other than the occasional PIF. Anyway, just wondering how your experience with M&M has been. Thanks

I have had pretty much good luck with what I bought. I did list an item there, and then of course it sold on one of the BSTs! If I remember, it was a bit involved to make my listing, but it should be easy now to make another. I will take another look and update you by Tuesday, as soon as I can.
